BENEFITS AFTER PROBATION
- Private Medical Insurance: Full, comprehensive medical cover. Family/partner can be added at a reduced rate.
- Annual Bonus: Payment of 1/12th of gross base salary in December (performance related and discretionary).
- Short-Term Incentive Plan: 3% profit share, paid in March and September (discretionary).
- Long-Term Incentive Plan: Rewarding service of 1+ years with phantom share options and additional annual leave.
- RPI / Cost of Living Increase: Annually in July (discretionary).
