    BENEFITS AFTER PROBATION

  • Private Medical Insurance: Full, comprehensive medical cover. Family/partner can be added at a reduced rate.
  • Annual Bonus: Payment of 1/12th of gross base salary in December (performance related and discretionary).
  • Short-Term Incentive Plan: 3% profit share, paid in March and September (discretionary).
  • Long-Term Incentive Plan: Rewarding service of 1+ years with phantom share options and additional annual leave.
  • RPI / Cost of Living Increase: Annually in July (discretionary).
  • Market Data Salary Benchmarking: Bi-annually in October (discretionary).
  • Pension Scheme: 5% employee contribution (capped at £46,350) and 5% employer contribution. Employees can contribute more than the mandatory 5% (unmatched).
  • Life Assurance: 4 x annual salary.
