Health Initiatives
Health is important to us – we recognise that it is individual to each person and therefore offer a broad range of initiatives, including:
- Monthly in-house health presentations and screenings
- Weekly classes: Pilates, Yoga and Boxing
- Various in-house health courses and workshops
- Free or subsidised health screenings
- Quiet work spaces
- Mental health training in line with our Health & Wellbeing Policy commitment
- Colleague Kindness Week
- Regular themed challenges, such as Go Sober for October and Veganuary
- Offsite team events
- Adult colouring books, jigsaws and board games in The Vaults staff room
- One-to-one nutrition or supplement consultations with our in-house doctor
- Free or subsidised supplements
- Free fruit, nuts, seeds, filtered water and herbal teas
Summer Ball – Every summer, we have a party to come together outside of work with employees and partners. Our last event was titled “A Twisted Fairytale” and started with welcome drinks and canapes before dinner, followed by a raffle then music and dancing.
Christmas Party
In December, we down tools at 1 pm and get together as one big Healthspan family to eat, drink and be merry! Our annual parties are held at St Pierre Park Hotel with up to 100 employees joining in the fun.
Sports & Social
We have a very active Sports and Social club, “Healthspanners”, which aims to bring everyone together, foster team spirit and, most importantly, have fun. In the past year, we have enjoyed:

Employees may join for a small contributory monthly fee and for every fee paid, Healthspan contributes double!
Prosecco Friday
On Friday afternoons, the Company closes at 16:00 for a half-hour business briefing, followed by the weekly “Prosecco Friday” staff get-together in The Vaults.
