IT Support
The IT Support department are responsible for internal IT systems and software within the local and UK business sites, ensuring the business remains PCI compliant.
Finance
The Finance department is responsible for accurate financial planning, budgeting, policy development and administration of the financial activities.
Administration
The Administration department is responsible for the Reception area and welcoming visitors, as well as company administration.
Procurement
The Procurement department is split into the Purchase/Supply Chain and Technical, with dealings from packaging materials, ensuring the quality of products
Web Development
The Web Development department maintain, monitor and support the front-end customer-facing websites and their integration with the back end, ensuring a secure and reliable environment.
Project & Business Intelligence
The Project team drives the process for ensuring that projects have an appropriate Business Opportunity Case so that they be prioritised by the Board. The Business Intelligence team are responsible for developing and maintaining databases and integrations between systems.
Business Systems
The Business Systems department is responsible for the evolution of technological demands, digital ecosystems, and business model innovation, whilst considering customer expectations accross multiple departments.
Data Protection
The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for mapping and recording people data systems and processes, and the legal basis for processing the data.
Operations
The Operations department are responsible for the establishment of optimum warehousing and logistics solutions for Healthspan to deliver the future projections, enabling the 'Healthspan' deliver proposition of Direct to Customer: 'Delivered Direct to Your Door'.
Central Marketing
The Central Marketing department is responsible for delivering insight through reasearch and analysis of customers and data.
Brand Marketing
The Brand Marketing department are responsible for embedding and delivering the brand strategy, made up of several teams, namely Acquisitions, retention, Content, Ambassadors & PR, Studio (Creative and Production)
New Product Marketing & Development
This department develops and manages the Healthspan product proposition including innovation range management, and pricing.
Digital
The digital Marketing team is core to helping Healthspan move from being a 'Direct Mail business with a digital capability' to a 'Digitally focused business with a Direct Mail specialization', driving the Digital strategy.
Sales & Marketing.
The Sales & Marketing Department is spearheading the migration of the company to a multi-channel brand through commercial channels both in the UK and internationally.
