The Healthspan Journey

Healthspan Limited was established in 1996, with just six products and a firm focus on quality, value, and excellent customer service. Since then, we have grown to become the UK's clear leader in direct-to-consumer nutritional supplements.

Healthspan now not only offers vitamins and minerals, but also skincare and pet products, as well as a sports nutrition range for competing athletes under the Healthspan Elite brand. Our products are tested and perfected with the help of in-house doctors and nutritionists, and are trusted by several top sports teams and associations, from the All Blacks to Tottenham Hotspur, to British Cycling, Swimming, and Athletics.

One of the key drivers of this success is Healthspan's determination to focus on the customer. Our adverts say, "not all supplements are created equal" and we work hard to make sure this is the case – that by buying from Healthspan the customer is getting the best product and service there is.

For example, our employees make products they would want to take themselves; if they see a gap in the market for a better kind of product – whether it's one that fulfils a certain need, is more convenient to take or simply tastes better – they will work to create it.

This focus on the customer extends to making sure the best advice is available, whether through Healthspan's dedicated call centre in Gosport (UK), Lifespan magazine and lifespanonline.co.uk, on our website, or through our social media channels. Our websites and magazines contain a wealth of expert articles, covering everything from joint health to how to keep your gut in top condition, which helps to build trust in the Healthspan brand and establish it as a health authority.

Healthspan currently employs over 180 people in Guernsey and the UK. Head office is in St Peter Port, Guernsey, with a Healthspan shop on the high street. Customer service is handled by our call centre in Gosport, near Portsmouth.
